| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá vyšetřením koronárních tepen pomocí výpočetní tomografie. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje anatomii srdce, funkci koronárních tepen, vývoj a historii CT, popis principu CT a indikace k vyšetření koronárních tepen. Praktickou část práce tvoří kvalitativní výzkum, v němž je porovnáno vyšetření koronárních tepen pomocí CT a invazivní koronarografie. | cs |

The practical part of the thesis is a qualitative research, in which coronary artery examination by CT is compared with invasive coronarography. | en |
