dc.description.abstractRigorózní práce se zabývá otázkou, zdali protiprávní jednání spáchané proti jedné z nejohroženějších skupin světa, skupině Rohingya, žijící ve státě Rakhine v Myanmaru, především v období let 2016 a 2017 naplňují skutkovou podstatu zločinu genocidia či nikoli. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou, jež analyzuje interpretaci zločinu genocidia z pohledu právní nauky a z pohledu judikatury mezinárodních soudů, a na část aplikační, jež analyzovanou interpretaci zločinu genocidia aplikuje na zločiny spáchané v Myanmaru proti výše uvedené mezinárodním právem chráněné skupině Rohingya.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe rigorous thesis deals with the question of whether the violations committed against one of the most endangered groups in the world, the Rohingya group, living in the state of Rakhine in Myanmar, especially in 2016 and 2017, fulfill the factual nature of the crime of genocide. The work is divided into a theoretical part, which analyzes the interpretation of the crime of genocide from the point of view of legal science and from the point of view of international courts, and into a application part, which applies the analyzed interpretation of the crime of genocide to crimes committed in Myanmar against the above mentioned international law protected group Rohingya.en
