dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá problematikou jednotlivých výrobních procesů kabelů, které jsou v současnosti uplatňovány a jejich hodnocením. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí, ve kterých jsou jednotlivé procesy přiblíženy. První část je zaměřená na označování kabelů, historicky z pohledu národního označování až po současný stav dle harmonizované normy ČSN 34 7409 (HD 361.S3). Druhá část je zaměřena na výrobní operace duší kabelů, je zde popsána výroba elektrovodných jader, druhy a jejich použití. Přibližuji zde princip lanování a způsob ochrany žil v případě požáru a následný proces izolace. Poslední část práce je orientována na výrobu plášťů kabelů, pojednává o způsobech ochrany kabelu stíněním a popisuje ochranné pancíře. Také rozvíjí problematiku extruze, která navazuje na proces izolování.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is concerned with processes of cable production in the present and their assement. The thesis is divided into three parts, where are all processes described. First part is focused on the labelling of cables, historically, from the perspective of national labelling to the current state according to the harmonized standards ČSN 34 7409 (HD 361.S3). The second part is oriented on the manufacturing operations of core, conductive cores, types and their use. I have presented the principle of stranding here and the way to protect wire in case of fire and the subsequent process of isolation. The last part deals with making cable jackets, discusses ways of protecting the cable shield and describes the protective armour. It also develops the issue of extrusion, which is connected to the process of isolation.en
