dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce s názvem "Režimová opatření u pacientů s farmakorezistentní epilepsií" se zabývá subjektivním vnímáním pacientů s farmakorezistentní epilepsií. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je věnována teoretických východiskům a popisu rešeršní strategie, dále je zmíněna definice, incidence, diagnostika, léčba epilepsie i farmakorezistentní epilepsie. Ve druhé polovině teoretické části jsou popsány režimová opatření, ošetřovatelská péče a samotná edukace. Hlavním cílem realizovaného výzkumu v praktické části bylo zmapovat, jaká je zkušenost pacientů s farmakorezistentní epilepsií s režimovými opatřeními využívanými při léčbě epilepsie. Po analýze všech rozhovorů s participanty byly zjištěny hlavní subjektivní zkušenosti a pocity, které se týkají farmakorezistentní epilepsie a režimových opatření u daných pacientů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis "Regime measures in patients with pharmacoresistant epilepsy" deals with the subjective perception of patients with pharmacoresistant epilepsy. The bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to the theoretical starting points and a description of the research strategy. The definition, incidence, diagnosis, treatment of epilepsy and pharmacoresistant epilepsy is also mentioned in the theoretical part. The regime measures, nursing care and education itself are described in the second part of the theoretical part. The aim of the research in the practical part is to find out what patients' experience is like with pharmacoresistant epilepsy with regime measures used in the treatment of epilepsy. After analyzing all the interviews with the participants, the main subjective experiences and feelings, that relate to selected patients with pharmacoresistant epilepsy and regime measures, were identified.en
