| dc.description.abstract | Tématem disertační práce jsou nemovitosti. Disertační práce se věnuje rozboru právní problematiky nemovitostí z různých úhlů pohledu. Jejím dílčím cílem je nejen poskytnout ucelený pohled na nemovitosti a jejich právní aspekty, ale také navrhnout možnosti vylepšení a poukázat na prostor pro určité změny v současně platné a účinné právní úpravě nejen soukromého práva, tedy předložit návrhy de lege ferenda. Disertační práce, vymezená sice obecným tématem, je zaměřena na poměrně úzce definované cíle bádání, které s nemovitostmi bezprostředně souvisejí. Tento přístup (který byl upřednostněn před obecným popisem zvoleného tématu), reflektující zdůvodnění výběru zpracovaného tématu, umožňuje důkladné prozkoumání předmětné právní problematiky. Hlavními výzkumnými metodami je metoda deskriptivní, důraz bude ovšem kladen rovněž na metody analýzy a syntézy a metodu komparace. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The topic of the dissertation is in regards to real estate. The dissertation deals with the analysis of the legal issues regarding real estate from different points of view. The objective is not only to provide a comprehensive view of real estate and its legal aspects but also to suggest possibilities for improvement, point out the scope for certain changes that is currently valid and effective legal regulation of multiple types of law, including private (i.e. to present proposals de lede ferenda). The dissertation, covers not only the topic in general, but also focuses on narrowly defined research objectives that are directly related to real estate. This approach (which was preferred to the general description of the chosen topic), reflecting the rationale for choosing the topic, allows for a thorough examination of the legal issues that are at stake. The main research method is the descriptive method. The emphasis, however, will also be placed on the methods of analysis, synthesis and comparison. | en |
