dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zaměřuje na znalosti laické veřejnosti a všeobecných sester pracujících v nemocnici nebo u praktického lékaře v regionu Domažlice, které se vztahují k nabízeným možnostem agentury domácí péče. V teoretické části je ve formě souhrnných informací popsána problematika agentur domácí péče a její úkoly v péči o chronického pacienta, které hrají důležitou pomocnou roli. Praktická část je provedena formou kvantitativního výzkumu, pomocí dotazníkového šetření, které bylo realizováno v letech 2018- 2019. Kromě demografických údajů zjišťuje, jaké má vybraný vzorek respondentů znalosti o práci agentur domácí péče, o indikaci a hrazení zdravotní domácí péče. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je zjištění informovanosti o domácí péči u laické veřejnosti a všeobecných sester v regionu Domažlice a zjištění, jaké faktory tuto informovanost ovlivňují. Výstupem práce bude vypracování informačního materiálu určeného zájemcům o informace o domácí péči.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis focuses on the knowledge of the general public and general nurses working in the hospital or general practitioner in the Domažlice region, which are related to the possibilities offered by the home care agency. The theoretical part describes in the form of summary information the issue of home care agencies and its tasks in the care of chronic patients, which play an important auxiliary role. The practical part is carried out in the form of quantitative research, using a questionnaire survey, which was carried out in 2018 - 2019. In addition to demographic data, it examines the knowledge of the selected sample of respondents on the work of home care agencies, on the indication and coverage of health home care. The main aim of this thesis is to find out about the care of the general public and general nurses in the Domažlice region and what factors influence this information. The output of this work will be elaboration of information material in-tended for those interested in information about home care.en
