dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá tématem: "Ošetřovatelská péče o novorozence se stomií". Je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. První, teoretická část se věnuje rozdělení stomií, jejím druhům a ošetřovatelské péči o novorozence před a po operaci, kdy se stomie zakládá a zanořuje. Jsou zde stručně shrnuty příznaky a druhy onemocnění vedoucí k vytvoření stomie. Pro ilustraci je zařazena kazuistika. Druhá, praktická část mapuje znalosti a vědomosti studentů 3. ročníku bakalářského programu Ošetřovatelství oboru Všeobecná sestra a Porodní asistence v ošetřování stomie u novorozence. Výstupem z bakalářské práce je návrh edukační příručky pro studenty a sestry v adaptačním procesu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis deals with the topic of Nursing care of the newborn with a stoma. It is divided into two main parts. The first, theoretical part, concerns stomas' divisions, its types and a nursing care of the newborns before and after the operation, during which a stoma is established and plunged. There is a brief summary of symptoms and types of illnesses leading to the need of a stoma and possible medical complications. For illustration, casuistry is used. The second, practical part, charts attainments and knowledge of the third grade bachelor degree students of Nursing field of General Nursing and Midwifery in stoma care of the newborn. A draft of an educational handbook for students and nurses in the process of adaptation is a conjunctive result of the bachelor thesis.en
