dc.description.abstract	V této bakalářské práci se zabývám edukací klientů s dlouhodobou domácí parenterální výživou. V teoretické části bakalářské práce popisuji problematiku parenterální výživy, její možnosti a jednotlivé typy žilních přístupů a centrálních katétrů. Zabývám se zde rovněž obecným pojmem edukace. V praktické části práce sleduji vlastní problematiku dlouhodobé domácí parenterální výživy a shrnuji zde získaná data klientů. Tyto údaje bude následně možno zohlednit při edukaci našich klientů.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	In this bachelor work I focus on the education of clients with long-term home parenteral nutrition.In the theoretical part of the thesis I describe the issue of parenteral nutrition, its possibilities and different types of venous accesses and central catheters. I also deal with the general term of education. In the practical part of the thesis I focus on problems with long-term home parenteral nutrition and I summarize the data obtained from our clients. These data would be then taken into account in the education of our clients.	en
