dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se v první polovině zabývá obecnou identifikací aterosklerotického onemocnění, a s tím spojenou anatomií, patofyziologií, vyšetřovacími metodami, léčbou karotickou endarterektomií. V druhé polovině se podrobně věnuje ošetřovatelské péči, procesem propuštění a edukací při propuštění. v praktické části se zaměřuje na analýzu dat, která byla získaná z analýzy dokumentace a podrobně vypracovaných rozhovorů s participanty po karotické endarterektomii. Cílí především na výzkumné a dílčí cíle předoperační, pooperační péče, proces propuštění a edukace při propuštění.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn the first half of the bachelor's thesis, the general identification of atherosclerotic disease and the associated anatomy, pathophysiology, examination methods and carotid endarterectomy treatment remain. The second half deals in detail with nursing care during carotid endarterectomy, namely pre-operative, post-operative care, discharge process and discharge education. In the practical part, it focuses on the analysis of data obtained from the analysis of documentation and detailed interviews with participants after carotid endarterectomy. It mainly targets the research and sub-goals of pre-operative, post-operative care, discharge process and discharge education.en
