dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce "Postavení, působnost a struktura orgánů územní správy a samosprávy ve Francii" se zabývá zejména problematiokou obecní samosprávy ve Francii. Cílem práce je charakteristika jednotlivých institucí a následná komparace sČeskou republikou. První část je věnována charakteristice a vývoji české veřejné správy včetně územních samopsrávných celků. Druhá část obsahuje popis francouzského systému a jeho uspořádání. Komparace obou států je shrnuta vposlední kapitole diplomové práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis "The status, scope and structure of local government in France" deals mainly with the problems of local government in France. The aim of the thesis is to characterize individual institutions and then compare them with the Czech Republic. The first part is devoted to the characteristics and development of the Czech public administration, including local self-government units. The second part contains a description of the French system and its organisation. The comparison of the two countries is summarised in the last chapter of the thesis.en
