| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou kraniálních remodelačních ortéz a jejich využitím při léčbě deformit dětské lebky, a to především v kontextu polohových asymetrií a pooperační péče po chirurgické korekci kraniosynostózy. Cílem práce je přiblížit současné diagnostické postupy, technologii výroby a možnosti aplikace těchto ortotických pomůcek v praxi. Teoretická část se věnuje anatomickým a vývojovým aspektům růstu lebky, klasifikaci kraniálních deformit a přehledu terapeutických přístupů, které jsou v současnosti využívány při jejich korekci. Praktická část pak představuje sérii kazuistik pacientů léčených kraniální ortézou. U těchto dětí byl sledován průběh terapie včetně vstupních a výstupních vyšetření, hodnocení tvarových parametrů lebky a prováděných úprav ortéz v průběhu léčby. Získané výsledky ukazují, že včasná indikace ortotické terapie, vhodná volba materiálového řešení a individualizovaný terapeutický přístup přispívají ke zlepšení tvaru lebky, redukci asymetrie a celkovému zefektivnění léčebného procesu. V závěru práce je zdůrazněna klíčová role mezioborové spolupráce při časné diagnostice a indikaci ortotické léčby u kojenců s kraniálními deformitami. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of cranial remolding orthoses and their application in the treatment of pediatric cranial deformities, particularly in the context of positional asymmetries and postoperative care following surgical correction of craniosynostosis. The aim of the thesis is to present current diagnostic procedures, manufacturing technologies, and possibilities of applications of these orthotic devices in practice. The theoretical part addresses the anatomical and developmental aspects of skull growth, the classification of cranial deformities, and an overview of therapeutic approaches currently used for their correction. The practical part presents a series of case studies involving patients treated with cranial orthoses. For these children, the course of therapy was monitored, including initial and follow-up assessments, evaluation of cranial shape parameters, and modifications made to the orthoses during treatment. The results indicate that early indication for orthotic therapy, appropriate selection of materials, and an individualized therapeutic approach contribute to improved skull shape, reduction of asymmetry, and overall enhancement of treatment efficacy. The thesis concludes by emphasizing the essential role of interdisciplinary collaboration in the early diagnosis and indication of orthotic therapy in infants with cranial deformities. | en |
