dc.description.abstractTato rigorózní práce je shrnujícím materiálem vztahujícím se k prevenci recidivy a postpenitenciárnímu zacházení. Hlavním záměrem této práce je zkoumání recidivy a vyhledávání vhodných prostředků směřujících k posílení její prevence. V této souvislosti nelze opomenout prostředky penitenciárního a postpenitenciárního zacházení, které právě k prevenci recidivy velkou měrou přispívají. Pro logické ucelení této rigorózní práce je jedna z kapitol věnována rovněž alternativním trestům. Případová studie, kterou jsem do práce vložila, na reálném případě znázorňuje úspěšnou reintegraci vězněné osoby do běžného života za pomocí prostředků penitenciárního a postpenitenciárního zacházení. Dále je zde komparována prevence recidivy a postpenitenciárního zacházení se slovenskou právní úpravou a poslední kapitola se věnuje návrhům de lege ferenda. Po přečtení této práce čtenář získá komplexní přehled o dané problematice. Zajímavou součástí jsou názorné příklady z praxe reflektující současnou rozhodovací praxi orgánů činných v trestním řízení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis rigorous thesis is a summary of material related to recidivism prevention and post-penitentiary treatment. The main purpose of this thesis is to analyse recidivism and to search for appropriate means aimed at enhancing its prevention. In this context, the means of penitentiary and post-penitentiary treatment, which contribute greatly to the prevention of recidivism, must also be mentioned. For the sake of the logical coherence of this thesis, one of the chapters is also devoted to alternative sanctions. The case study that I have included in the thesis illustrates the successful reintegration of a prisoner into everyday life with the help of penitentiary and post-penitentiary treatment. Furthermore, the thesis compares the prevention of recidivism and post-penitentiary treatment with the Slovak legislation and the last chapter is devoted to de lege ferenda proposals. After reading this thesis, the reader will gain a comprehensive overview of the issue. Illustrative examples from practice reflecting the current decision-making practice of law enforcement authorities form an interesting part of the thesis.en
