dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na hodnocení efektivnosti controllingových procesů ve zvoleném podniku. Cílem diplomové práce je popis a implementace controllingových procesů na vybraných úrovních controllingu a zhodnocení jejich efektivity na fungování celého podniku. Vybranými úrovněmi controllingu jsou strategický controlling, controlling pracovního kapitálu, nákladový controlling a investiční controlling. Controllingové procesy jsou aplikovány na společnosti RAVAK a.s. Závěr diplomové práce formuluje hlavní strategické priority budoucího rozvoje společnosti RAVAK a.s. a navrhuje úpravu controllingových procesů včetně strukturovaného reportingu, který se zaměřuje na problematické oblasti, které byly objeveny v rámci analýzy nastavených controllingových procesů ve společnosti RAVAK a.s.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented work is focused on evaluating the effectiveness of controlling processes in the chosen enterprise. The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe and implement controlling processes at selected levels of controlling and to evaluate their effectiveness for the functioning of the entire company. Selected levels of controlling are strategic controlling, working capital controlling, cost controlling and investment controlling. Controlling processes are applied to the company RAVAK a.s. The conclusion of the diploma thesis formulates the main strategic priorities of the future development of the company RAVAK a.s. and proposes the adjustment of controlling processes, including structured reporting, which focuses on problematic areas that were discovered within the analysis of the set controlling processes in the company RAVAK a.s.en
