dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá změnami v počtech erytrocytů, polynukleárů a mononukleárů v likvoru v závislosti na čase. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis obecných charakteristik likvoru. Dále je zde zmíněn odběr, indikace k vyšetření, popis fyzikálního, biochemického a cytologického vyšetření, rozdělení nálezů dle syndromologické klasifikace a popis preanalytické fáze laboratorního vyšetření. Praktická část je zaměřena na počítání buněčných elementů ve Fuchs-Rosenthalově komůrce s následným vyhodnocením výsledku. Výsledky jsou zobrazeny v tabulce u každého vzorku. Pro zpracování této práce byla použita odborná literatura. Tato práce může sloužit jako podklad pro další výzkum.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis examines the changes in erythrocyte, polynuclear and mononuclear cell count in cerebrospinal fluid after delayed analysis. The content of the thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the description of the general characteristics of cerebrospinal fluid. Additionally, it also mentions the collection of the fluid, indications of cerebrospinal fluid examination, description of physical, biochemical and cytological parameters, categorization of the findings according to the syndromologic classification and a description of the preanalytical phase in the laboratory. The main focus of the practical part is on the counting of the cellular elements in a Fuchs-Rosenthal counting chamber, with a subsequent evaluation of the results. Results are presented in a table by each sample. Scientific literature was used in the preparation of the thesis. The result of this study may serve for further research.en
