dc.description.abstractVe své diplomové práci jsem se zaměřil na problematiku zefektivnění skladového hospodářství ve společnosti Murr CZ s.r.o. se sídlem ve Stodu u Plzně. V úvodní části diplomové práce se zabývám teoretickým rozborem řízení nákladů ve společnosti. Rozebírám zde jednotlivé metody, které jsou ve společnosti využívány. V praktické části řeším problém s přesunem části zásob materiálu ze současných skladů. Ze současných skladů se část materiálů pro výrobu přesune do skladového systému Lean lift. V závěrečné části práce je zhodnocen nynější stav skladů a stav skladů v budoucnosti. Také je zde nastíněno ušetření nákladů na skladování a vyskladňování materiálů ze skladů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn my diploma thesis, I focused on the issues of efficiency of inventory management in company Murr CZ s.r.o. headquartered in Stod near Pilsen. In the first part of the diploma thesis I deal with the theoretical analysis of cost management in the company. In this part I analyse the various methods that are used in the company. In the practical part I solve the problem with the transfer of material stock from the current warehouses. Part of the current warehouses will be transferred to the warehouses management system Lean lift. Final part of the thesis valorises an actual state of current warehouses and state of the warehouses in the future. Cost savings on storage and issuance materials from warehouses is also outlined there.en
