dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce pojednává o vitaminu K a jeho vlivu na hodnoty novorozenecké žloutenky. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na fyziologii jater, vitamin K, jeho nežádoucí účinky, důvod a způsob podávání vitaminu K a hemolytickou nemoc novorozence. Dále popisuji metabolismus bilirubinu a druhy hyperbilirubinémií. V mé bakalářské práci uvádím také poznatky o novorozenecké žloutence její hodnocení, prevence vzniku a možnosti terapie. Praktická část je výzkumného charakteru. Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit, zda podávání vitaminu K novorozencům po porodu ovlivňuje hodnoty novorozenecké žloutenky.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis is bachelor thesis introduces about vitamin K and its effect on the values of newborn icterus. Thesis is composed of the theoretical part and the practical part. In the theoretical part I focus on the physiology of the liver, vitamin K, its side effects, the reason and the methods of aplication of vitamin K and hemolytic disease of the newborn. Afterwards, I describe the metabolism of bilirubin and types of hyperbilirubinemia. In my bachelor thesis I note also knowledge about the newborn icterus its evaluation, prevention and therapy options. The practical part of this thesis has a research character and the main goal was to find out if aplication of vitamin K to newborns after birth affects the value of newborn icterus.en
