dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou traumat skeletu v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. Je rozdělena do dvou částí. Části teoretické a části praktické. Teoretická část je rozdělena na čtyři kapitoly. V první kapitole je popsána obecná anatomie skeletu, vysvětlení pojmu trauma, epidemiologie traumat a rozdělení traumat. Ve druhé kapitole jsou popsány zásady zdravotnické záchranné služby a členění jednotlivých posádek. Ve třetí části pak popisuje jednotlivé pomůcky používané záchrannou službou v problematice traumat skeletu, analgetika a transport pacienta. V poslední části jsou popsány akutní stavy v traumatologii hlavy a krku, páteře, míchy, hrudníku a končetin. Praktická část je zaměřena na výzkum, ve kterém proběhlo statistické šetření dat poskytnutých Zdravotnickou záchrannou službou Plzeňského kraje. Jednotlivé podkapitoly vytváří přehled o traumatech skeletu v přednemocniční péči v kalendářním roce 2013.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the trauma of the skeleton in pre-hospital emergency care. It is divided into two parts. The theoretical and the practical. The theoretical part is divided into four chapters. The first chapter describes the general anatomy of the skeleton, explain the concept of trauma, trauma epidemiology and the division of trauma. The second chapter describes the principles of emergency medical services and the classification of individual crews. In the third section describes the various equipment used by rescue services in skeletal trauma problems, analgesics and patient transport. The last section describes the acute conditions in trauma of the head and neck, spine, spinal, chest and limbs. The practical part is focused on the research, which was carried out statistical survey data provided by the Medical Rescue Service of the Pilsen Region. Each subsection creates an overview of the skeleton in the prehospital trauma care in calendar year 2013.	en
