| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce se zabývá centrálními žilními katetry a ošetřovatelskou péčí o ně. Je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá obecnou angiologií a popisem žil, které jsou vhodné pro zavedení centrálního žilního katetru. Dále jsou zde stručně popsány centrální žilní katetry, a také asistence sestry u zavedení centrálního žilního katetru. Další kapitoly se zabývají ošetřovatelskou péčí. Praktická část práce má charakter kvantitativního výzkumu, pomocí dotazníkového šetření bylo cílem zjistit, jak probíhá ošetřovatelská péče na vybraných odděleních. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis deals with central venous catheters and nursing care for them. It is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the general angiology and description of veins that are suitable for the insertion of a central venous catheter. It also briefly describes central venous catheters as well as the nurse´s assistance in inserting a central venous catheter. The next chapters deal with nursing care. The practical part has the character of quantitative research, using a questionnaire survey it was the aim was to find out how nursing care takes place in selected wards. | en |
