dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se snaží o propojení dvou disciplín - sociologie a politiky. Hlavním cílem práce je rozkrytí mechanismů fungování vybrané politické strany na komunální úrovni a také, jak v tomto prostředí fungují mocenské struktury. Mezi vybrané aspekty spojené s politickým životem autor zařazuje motivy vstupu do politiky, gender a také moc, která je později propojena s teorií oligarchizace. Dalším důležitým kritériem v této práci je věk. Autor se snaží najít odpověď na otázku, zda spolu souvisí věk a výše rozhodovacích pravomocí v politickém prostředí. Celý výzkum je založen na kvalitativních metodách. Šetření je doplněno o kvantitativní data vývoje kandidátních listin (rozmístění kandidátů na kandidátních listinách a jeho proměna).cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis is trying to connect two disciplines - sociology and politics. The main aim is to unveal the mechanisms of the functioning of the selected political party on municipal level, and as well to detect the power structures existing in this milieu. The theoretical part of the paper is focusing on selected aspects connected with political life. They are the motivations to join politics in general, gender aspects, and also the question of power. This last aspect is later discussed under the view-angle of oligarchisation. Other important aspect, the author is dealing with, is the age. The question whether there could be found the relationship between the age and the position in the hierarchy of decision-making. The whole research is based on qualitative methods. The survey is complemented by quantitative data drawn from the development of candidate lists (the presence of the subjects on the candidate list and their positioning there).en
