dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá životním stylem studentů 1. ročníku, prezenční formy, oboru všeobecná sestra. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na pojetí životního stylu a zdraví. Detailněji se zaměřuji na oblasti týkající se stravy, pohybu, stresu, spánku a návykových látek. Obsahem praktické části práce je analýza souvisejícího dotazníkového šetření, které probíhalo u studentů vyšších odborných škol a vysokých škol. Praktická část obsahuje diskusi, jejíž součástí je srovnání s jiným šetřením a následné závěrečné vyhodnocení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis deals with the lifestyle of students attending the 1st class, daily form, of the general nurse profession. The bachelor thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is focused on the concept of lifestyle and health. It focuses in detail on areas related to alimentation, exercise, stress, sleep and addictive drugs. The practical part of the thesis includes an analysis of the related survey research in form of questionnaires, which took place within students of Colleges and Universities. The practical part involves discussion, which includes a comparison with other survey research and subsequent final evaluation.en
