| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce na téma Význam mamografického screeningu při diagnostice nádorového onemocnění prsu se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část se zabývá anatomií prsu, karcinomem prsu a jeho formami, rizikovými faktory pro jeho vnik, typy vhodných vyšetření k odhalení karcinomu prsu v souvislosti s věkem pacientek a typologií prsní žlázy. Dále se zabývá důležitostí mamografického screeningu, jeho přínosy a riziky spojenými s radiační zátěží pacientek. Praktická část se věnuje dotazníkovému šetření s vyhodnocením odpovědí na jednotlivé dotazy, kvalitativnímu výzkumu ve formě kazuistik a kvantitativnímu výzkumu se statistickým zpracováním dat. Zde byly zhodnoceny údaje o pacientkách, jejich osobní a rodinná anamnéza, věk, pravidelnost a doba, po kterou dochází na mamografický screening, lokalizace a typ karcinomu a posouzení, zda nádory zjištěné při pravidelných screeningových kontrolách jsou zachyceny v rané fázi vývoje, než nádory žen, které na mamografický screening nechodí. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This Bachelor Thesis on the topic "The importance of mammography screening in the diagnosis of breast cancer", contains theoretical and practical part. Breast anatomy, breast cancer and its forms, risk factors for its emergence, types of appropriate examinations to detect breast cancer in relation to age and mammary gland typology were elaborated in a theoretical part. Importance of mammographic screening, its benefits and the risks associated with radiation exposure of female patients were explored. The practical part was devoted to questionnaire survey with evaluation of answers in relations of individual questions, qualitative research in the form of case reports and quantitative research with statistical data processing. Patient data, their personal and family history, age, regularity, and time spent on mammographic screening, localization and type of cancer, and assessing whether tumors found in regular screening tests are captured at a later stage of development than women's tumors, which do not follow mammographic screening were evaluated. | en |
