dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá tématem přímé demokracie v České republice. Přímá demokracie znamená vládu, ve které jsou rozhodnutí příjímány lidovým hlasováním. Tato forma je pouze doplňkem demokracie zastupitelské. Práce zobrazuje náhled také na instituty, které v právním systému zakotveny nemáme, ale které se do přímé demokracie zařazují. Následuje výklad o ad hoc celostátním referendu o přistoupení k EU, místním a krajské referendu. Práce je doplněna o informace o přímé demokracii v ostatních státech Visegrádské čtyřky. Závěr práce je věnován návrhům de lege ferenda a výhodám a nevýhodám přímé demokracie.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe subject of my thesis deals with the topic of direct democracy in the Czech Republic. Direct democracy means a government in which decisions are implemented directly by people vote. Right from the beginning is well aware that this form of government is only a supplement to representative democracy. This theses shall also preview the instuties that enshrined in the legal system we do not have, but which are classified into direct democracy. On this basis, make proposals, as they could be existing institutes altered or completely changed or newly introduced. The following chapters are focused on description of the ad hoc national referendum on accession to the EU, local and regional referendum. Thesis contains information about direct democracy in other countries of the Visegrad Group. The conclusion of thesis is focused on proposals de lege ferenda and the advantages and disadvantages of direct democracy.en
