dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá tématy dvou rovin. V prvé řadě popisuje Sametovou revoluci, jakož i události roku 1989 a charakterizuje historicko-politický kontext z hlediska vývoje Československa po druhé světové válce. Druhou rovinou práce je analýza reformy veřejné správy, přicházející se vznikem nového státního zřízení s ohledem na samosprávu, jakož i její etapy a důsledky.V této návaznosti detailně popisuje územní samosprávu České republiky a její charakteristiku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe master thesis deals with topics of two levels. Firstly its describes the Velvet Revolution and the events of 1989 and characterizes the historical and political context from the viewpoint of the development of Czechoslovakia after the Second World War. The second level of the thesis is the analysis of the reform of the public administration which comes with the emergence of a new state system with regard to self-government, as well as its stages and consequences. In this context, it describes in detail the territorial self-government of the Czech Republic and its characteristics.en
