dc.description.abstractTéma této bakalářské práce je Zkušenosti pacienta s využitím inzulinové pumpy při léčbě diabetu mellitu. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části: teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se zaměřujeme na současný stav, historii inzulinu i inzulinových pump samotných. Dále se věnujeme charakteristice onemocnění, možnostem terapie diabetu mellitu, terapii inzulinovou pumpou a edukaci pacientů s terapií inzulinovou pumpou. Praktická část popisuje faktory, které ovlivňují ochotu pacientů k terapii inzulinovou pumpou. Výzkumné šetření bylo provedeno na diabetologické ambulanci a na lůžkovém oddělení A 1. interní kliniky ve FN Plzeň kvalitativní metodou s pěti participanty formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Výsledky jsou znázorněny v přehledných tabulkách. Všechny stanovené cíle této bakalářské práce byly splněny.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this bachelor's thesis is Patient's experience with the insulin pump in the treatment of diabetes mellitus. The work is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, we focus on the current state, history of insulin and insulin pumps themselves. We also deal with the characteristics of the disease, the possibilities of diabetes mellitus therapy, insulin pump therapy and the education of patients with insulin pump therapy. The practical part describes the factors that influence patient's willingness to undergo insulin pump therapy. The research was carried out at the diabetes clinic and inpatient department A of the internal clinic 1. at the University Hospital in Pilsen. The research is carried out using qualitative method with five participants using interviews. The results are processed in clear tables. All the stated objectives of this bachelor's thesis were fulfilled.en
