| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zaobírá problematikou zásob a zásobování v podniku. V úvodní části jsou popsány teoretické základy pro zpracování práce. Podrobně je poté popsána metoda kanban, u které je srovnáno několik možných vzorců pro výpočet počtu kanbanových karet, ze kterých je vyjádřen vzorec obsahující všechny hlavní parametry. Ten je pak srovnán v praktické části se vzorcem používaným ve firmě IAC Přeštice 2. | cs |
