dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zkoumání akutního stresu působícího na studenty všeobecného ošetřovatelství, z Fakulty zdravotnických studií na Západočeské univerzitě v Plzni. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je nejdříve přiblíženo studium všeobecného ošetřovatelství spolu s kompetencemi všeobecné sestry. Dále je uveden stres, jeho rozdělení a možné stresory obecné i při studiu. Také je popsán pojem coping a adaptace spolu s adaptačním procesem. Poslední kapitola se též zabývá prevencí stresu a zvyšováním odolnosti. Praktická část prokázala, že nejčastější faktor stresu studentů všeobecného ošetřovatelství způsobuje časový tlak při studiu a zkouškové období. Převažující většina studentů všeobecného ošetřovatelství má zkušenosti se zvládáním stresu ve spojitosti s copingovými strategiemi, ale podpora školy je pro ně nedostatečná. Úroveň stresu u studentů všeobecného ošetřovatelství není z důvodu přetížení, ale z důvodu frustrace.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis focuses on examining acute stress affecting general nursing students from the Faculty of Health Care Studies at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part first introduces the study of general nursing along with the competencies of a general nurse. It further discusses stress, its classification, and possible stressors, both general and study-related. The concepts of coping and adaptation, including the adaptation process, are also described. The final chapter addresses stress prevention and resilience building. The practical part demonstrated that the most common stress factor for general nursing students is time pressure during studies and the exam period. The majority of general nursing students have experience with stress management in connection with coping strategies, but they perceive the support from the school as insufficient. The level of stress among general nursing students is not due to overload but rather due to frustration.	en
