dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou týkající se dětských pacientů s respiračními poruchami v prostředí PNP Teoretická část práce popisuje anatomické a fyziologické rozdíly v dětském věku a nejčastější respirační poruchy včetně jejich příčin, příznaků a léčby. Dále je zde specifikován postup vyšetření a ošetření dle protokolu ABCDE V praktické části jsou zpracovány čtyři případy dušnosti: laryngitida, astmatický záchvat, aspirace a tonutí. Podklady pro kazuistiky byly získány anonymně výhradně od českých záchranářů a následně byly konzultovány prostřednictvím rozhovorů s respondenty z České republiky, Slovenské republiky a Spolkové republiky Německocs
dc.description.abstract-translatedI decided to focus on pediatric patients with respiratory disorders in prehospital care in my bachelor thesis. I focused on different treatment procedures in neighbouring countries The theoretical part describes the anatomical and physiological differences in childhood and the most common respiratory disorders including their causes, symptoms and treatment. Further is also specified process of physical examination and treatment according to the ABCDE protocol I processed 4 cases of dyspnea in the practical part: laryngitis, asthma attack, aspiration and drowning. Based on interviews with Czech paramedics I consulted different treatment procedures in Germany and Slovakia. I compiled mind maps for all case reports from the obtained dataen
