dc.description.abstractTeoretická část diplomové práce se zabývá větrnou energetikou, druhy převodovek, materiály používanými pro ozubená kola, cementováním a nitrocementováním a napětími a deformacemi. Experimentální část je zaměřena na posouzení vlastností polotovarů z oceli 18CrNiMo7-6 (mikročistota, řádkovitost, velikost austenitického zrna, mikrostruktura a tvrdost HV) a posouzení vlivu chemicko-tepelného zpracování na výslednou strukturu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theoretical part of the thesis deals with wind energy, types of gears, materials used for gears, carburizing and carbonitriding, stresses and deformations. The experimental part focuses on assessment of the properties of semi-finished products from steel 18CrNiMo7-6 (microcleanness, banding, austenite grain size, microstructure and hardness HV) and assessment of the effect of heat treatment on the resulting structure.en
