dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá tvorbou metodických materiálů určených pro výuku pohybové skladby s využitím instruktážních videí. Vytvořená videomateriály budou umístěny na webových stránkách, čímž bude zajištěna jejich snadná dostupnost pro vzdělávací a praktické využití ve sportovních a volnočasových aktivitách. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na definici pohybové skladby, vymezení základních pojmů, principy a etapy tvorby choreografií a přináší doporučení pro jejich efektivní realizaci. Praktická část zahrnuje tvorbu tematicky členěných videomateriálů s detailním popisem cvičení a zásadami jejich správného provedení. Výstupem práce je systematicky uspořádaný zásobník cviků a metodická podpora pro výuku skupinových choreografiícs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis focuses on the creation of methodological materials intended for teaching movement routines using instructional videos. The created video materials will be made available on a website developed as part of the thesis, ensuring their easy accessibility for educational and practical use in sports and leisure activities. The theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to defining movement routines, clarifying key concepts, describing the principles and stages of choreography creation, and providing recommendations for their effective implementation. The practical part includes the production of thematically categorized instructional videos, each containing a detailed description of exercises and the principles of correct execution. The output of the thesis is a systematically organized set of exercises and methodological support for teaching group choreographies.en
