dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou subpopulací T-lymfocytů u pacientů s onkologickým onemocněním pomocí průtokové cytometrie a komerčně připravovaného setu Duraclone. V teoretické části jsem se zabývala funkcí a rozdělením T-lymfocytů a jejich úlohou v protinádorové imunitě. Dále jsem se zabývala principem průtokové cytometrie, popisem a použitím setu Duraclone. V praktické části jsem se zaměřila na aplikaci setu Duraclone v průtokové cytometrii při analýze jednotlivých buněčných populací T-lymfocytů a expresi jednotlivých CD znaků typických pro danou subpopulaci u skupiny zdravých a skupiny nemocných pacientů. Dále jsem se v praktické části zabývala gatovací strategií a interpretací naměřených výsledků.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of T-lymphocyte subpopulations in cancer patiens using flow cytometry and the commercially available Duraclone kit. In the theoretical part I discussed the function and distribution of T-lymphocytes and their role in anti-tumor immunity. Furthermore, I discussed the principles of flow cytometry, post-writing and the use of the Duraclone kit. In the practical part, I focused on the application of the Duraclone set in flow cytometry in the analysis of individual cell populations of T-lymphocytes and the expression of individual CD features typical for a given subpopulation in a group of healthy and a group of diseased patients. Furthermore, in the practical part I dealt the gating strategy and the interpretation of the measured results.	en
