| dc.description.abstract | V teoretické části jsem se zaměřila na sepsi a podobné pojmy, se kterými se v této problematice můžeme setkat, na nejčastější původce sepse, jejich diagnostiku v mikrobiologické laboratoři a léčbu. Podrobně jsem rozpracovala problematiku hemokultivace jako základního a nejdůležitějšího postupu v diagnostice sepse. V praktické části jsem se zaměřila na odběr, transport a zpracování materiálu pro hemokultivaci. Dále jsem se věnovala pozitivním hemokulturám, které byly zaznamenány v rozmezí 3 měsíců (červenec, srpen, září) roku 2020. Tyto údaje byly použity z Fakultní nemocnice v Plzni. | cs |
