dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá ochranou osobnosti po smrti člověka a skládá se ze tří základních kapitol. První kapitola, teoretický základ, se hlouběji zabývá teoretickým rozporem této ochrany, která spočívá v ochraně subjektu bez právní subjektivity, a mapuje možná řešení. Druhá a třetí kapitola popisují obecná a specifická dílčí témata této ochrany a analyzují zájmy, které jsou v nich preferovány. V závěru práce je prostřednictvím analyzovaných zájmů vyhodnoceno nejvhodnější řešení zjištěného rozporu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe work deals with the protection of personality after a person's death and consists of three basic chapters. The first chapter, the theoretical basis, deals more deeply with the theoretical contradiction of this protection, which consists in the protection of a subject without legal subjectivity, and maps possible solutions. The second and third chapters describe the general and specific sub-themes of this protection and analyze the interests that are preferred in them. At the end of the work, the most suitable solution to the identified contradiction is evaluated through the analyzed interests.en
