dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se zaměřuje na vhodnou rehabilitaci chůze u pacientů po spinálních lézích. Je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá vznikem a následnými problémy způsobenými různou výškou a rozsahem poranění míchy. Popisuje klinický průběh a možné potíže, které se mohou u těchto pacientů vyskytnout. Dále se zabývá využitím speciálních metod v rehabilitaci, které mohou ovlivnit stav pacienta. Zároveň charakterizuje správnou fyziologickou chůzi a popisuje využití motomedu a locomatu u pacientů se spinální lézí. Praktická část se zabývá navrácením nebo zlepšením schopnosti chůze a celkového stavu pacienta. Celkem jsem si vybral pět pacientů, u kterých jsem prováděl neurologické vyšetření, vyšetření ASIA skóre, Ashworth scale, vyšetření funkční soběstačnosti a vyšetření funkčních testů. Rehabilitace pacientů probíhala pod dohledem fyzioterapeutů v rehabilitačním ústavu Hrabyně. V rámci rehabilitace byly využity přístroje motomed a locomat. Při konečném vyšetření pacientů jsem zjistil, že u většiny došlo k jejich celkovému zlepšení. Obě hypotézy se mi potvrdily.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	This paper aims to proper rehabilitation of gait in patients after spinal lesions. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the emergence and subsequent problems caused by varying the height and extent of spinal cord injury. It describes the clinical course and possible problems that may occur in these patients. It also considers the use of special methods in rehabilitation, which may affect the patient's condition. It also describes the correct physiological walking and describes the use on motomed and locomat in patients with spinal lesions. The practical part deals with the restoration or improvement of walking ability and overall condition of the patient. Total, I chose five patients, which I carried out neurological examinations, examinations ASIA score, Ashworth scale, functional self-examination and examination of functional tests. Rehabilitation of patients took place under the supervision of physical therapists in the rehabilitation institute Hrabyne. In rehabilitation was used motomed and locomat devices. At the final examination of patients, I found that most were their overall improvement. Both hypotheses are confirmed to me.	en
