dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na otázku dopadu existence a činnosti Zvláštního tribunálu pro Libanon na libanonskou politiku. Na základě příslušných pramenů tak práce zkoumá vztah procesních úkonů soudu a reakce na ně ze strany politiků a politických stran. Od vzniku Tribunálu jsou v chronologickém sledu prezentovány momenty, které nejzásadněji ovlivnili politické dění a tak i stabilitu celé země.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis is focusing on the impact of the existence and functioning of the Special Tribunal for Lebanon on the Lebanese politics. Based on relevant sources the thesis is examining the relation between the procedural steps of the court and the reactions of politicians and political parties. Since the establishment of the Tribunal there are chronologically presented the crucial moments that impacted the political affairs and therefore the stability of the whole country.en
