dc.description.abstractCílem diplomové práce je přehledně přiblížit fungování orgánů obcí, poukázat na jejich právní úpravu, na jejich vzájemné vztahy. Orgány obce jsou základem samosprávy, mají hájit zájmy občanů, jednat s jejich souladem či zabezpečovat občanům ochranu (např. zřízením obecní policie).Součástí práce je dotazníkové šetření. To poukazuje na postoj občanů obce Chudenice k orgánům obce.Hlavní část práce je věnovaná orgánům obce a to především zastupitelstvu, radě, starostovi a obecnímu úřadu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this thesis is to approach the function of municipal authorities, refer to their legislation, their mutual relations. Municipal authorities are the basis of autonomy, they should defend the interests of their citizens, deal in conformity with them, or protect their citizens (e.g. by establishing municipal police department).The work includes a questionnaire survey. This points to the attitude of the citizens of Chudenice to the municipal authorities.The main part of the work is devoted to the municipal authorities, especially the council, municipal board, mayor and municipal office.en
