dc.description.abstractV této bakalářské práci se zabýváme edukací pacientů s maligním onemocněním krve a krvetvorby, kteří podstupují léčbu chemoterapií. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se věnujeme stručnému popisu nejčastěji se vyskytujících maligních hematologických onemocnění. V další kapitole se zaměřujeme na problematiku chemoterapie a na komplikace, které s ní souvisí. Dále se v této části zabýváme popisem edukačního procesu. V empirické části se zaměřujeme na analýzu dat a informací, které jsme získali pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, od pacientů s hematoonkologickým onemocněním. Výzkum byl uskutečněn na Hematoonkologickém oddělení ve Fakultní nemocnici v Plzni. Výsledky jsou prezentovány v přehledných tabulkách a schématech. Výstupem této práce je edukační leták pro pacienty, kteří podstupují chemoterapeutickou léčbu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn this bachelor thesis, we focus on the education of patients with malignant diseases of the blood and hematopoiesis who are undergoing chemotherapy treatment. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part we give a brief description of the most frequently occurring malignant haematological diseases. In the next chapter, we focus on chemotherapy and its related complications. Furthermore, in this section we describe the educational process. In the empirical part, we focus on the analysis of data and information obtained through semi-structured interviews, from patients with haemato-oncological diseases. The research was conducted at the Haemato-oncology Department at the University Hospital in Pilsen. The results are presented in clear tables and diagrams. The result of this work is an educational leaflet for patients undergoing chemotherapy treatment.en
