dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou gestačního diabetu. Práce je rozdělána do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je popsán metabolismus glukózy v průběhu fyziologické gravidity a metabolismus glukózy v průběhu gravidity komplikované gestačním diabetem. Dále jsou zde rozebrány rizikové faktory, komplikace, diagnostika a léčba související s gestačním diabetem. Praktická část je zaměřena na statistickém vyhodnocení dat o gravidních ženách, které byly rozděleny do dvou stejně velkých skupin. První skupina je tvořena gravidními ženami, u nichž oGTT proběhl před rokem 2014. U těchto žen se hladina glykémie pohybovala v takovém rozpětí, že podle starších kritérií by těmto ženám nebyl diagnostikován gestační diabetes, ale podle nových kritérií by diagnózu gestačního diabetu získaly. Do druhé skupiny jsou zařazeny gravidní ženy, u nichž oGTT proběhl podle nových kritérií přijatých v roce 2014. Tyto gravidní ženy měly podle nových kritérií diagnostikovaný gestační diabetes, ale podle starších kritérií by těmto ženám gestační diabetes diagnostikován nebyl. Výsledky jsou zobrazeny v tabulkách a v grafech v praktické části. Při zpracování bakalářské práce byla použita odborná literatura.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis Bachelor´s thesis deals with the issue of gestational diabetes mellitus. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part are described the glucose metabolism during the physiological pregnancy, the glucose metabolism during the pregnancy complicated by gestational diabetes and risk factors, complications, diagnosis and treatment associated with gestational diabetes mellitus. The practical part is focused on the statistical evaluation of data on sixty pregnant women, which were divided into two equally large groups. The first group consists of pregnant women whose oGTT was perfomed before 2014. In these women, the level of glycemia ranged to such a range that, according to older criteria, these women did not obtain the diagnosis of GDM, but according to the new criteria the GDM diagnosis would have been obtained. The second group included pregnant women whose OGTT was performed according to the new criteria adopted in 2014. These pregnant women were diagnosed with GDM according to the new criteria, but according to older criteria these GDM women would not be diagnosed. The results are presented in the table and in the graphs in the practical part.en
