dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zaměřuje právní postavení a právní úpravu finanční stráže v období první republiky. Nejprve se práce zaměřuje na historii oborů celnictví a stráže hranic, v níž lze spatřit práci předchůdců finanční stráže, která také spočívala v obraně celní hranice před pašeráky a podloudníky. Dále prozkoumává její působnost, služební podmínky či konkrétní výkon funkce. Nakonec přibližuje právní úpravu finanční stráže v období druhé Československé republiky, v průběhu druhé světové války a v poválečném období, kdy byla finanční stráž zrušena.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis focuses on the legal status and regulation of the Financial Guard in the first Czechoslovak Republic. Firstly, the thesis focuses on the history of the field of customs and border guards, in which we can see the work of the predecessors of the financial guards, which also consisted of defending the customs border against smugglers. It also examines its competence and conditions of the service. Finally, the thesis describes the legal regulation of the Financial Guard during the second Czechoslovak Republic, during the Second World War and in the post-war period when the Financial Guard was abolished.en
