dc.description.abstract-translatedSix Sigma with its principle of continuous improvement comes from the automotive industry. For businesses to remain competitive, it is also very well deployed. Nowadays, companies must increase productivity and performance to meet different customer requirements. It has therefore become essential for them to continuously improve and succeed in their deployment projects. Thanks to Six Sigma toolboxes, the company that manages to successfully implement them can benefit enormously in terms of productivity, safety, and quality, without forgetting the economic level, from the contributions of Six Sigma.en
