| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této diplomové práce bylo zaznamenání fenotypové plasticity druhu Desmodesmus communis způsobené vlivem kairomonů vylučovaných predátory rodu Daphnia a vlivem turbulentního prostředí. V průběhu experimentů byly zaznamenány morfologické variability tohoto druhu (růst buněk a cenobií, ostnů, trnů a výběžků). Fenotypy nalezené v této práci byly porovnávány s publikacemi. | cs |
