| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá tříděním raněných složkami integrovaného záchranného systému při mimořádné události. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se zabýváme jednotlivými složkami integrovaného záchranného systému, zejména pak zdravotnickou záchrannou službou, Hasičským záchranným sborem České republiky, Policií České republiky a jejich koordinací při společném zásahu u mimořádné události. Ve druhé kapitole popisujeme Společnou typovou činnost 09/IZS, zásah složek integrovaného záchranného systému u mimořádné události s velkým počtem raněných osob, a v ní obsažené třídění metodou START, krátce zmiňujeme také jumpSTART. Dále se věnujeme třídění pomocí identifikační a třídící karty, činností zdravotnické složky v místě události a úkoly a činnostmi jednotek požární ochrany a Policie České republiky. Praktická část byla vypracována na základě výsledků získaných z kvantitativního výzkumného šetření provedeného pomocí přímého pozorování a měření. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor´s thesis deals with triage of wounded by components of the Integrated Rescue System during an emergency. The work consist of the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, we deal with components of the Integrated Rescue System, especially emergency medical services, the fire brigade, the Police of the Czech Republic, their coordination and an emergency. In the second chapter, we describe the Joint type action 09/IRS, The intervention of Integrated Rescue System components during an emergency with large number of injured people and in it contained triage by START method, we also briefly mention jumpSTART. We describe identification and sorting cards, activities of the medical component at the event site and tasks and activities of the Fire protection units and the Police of the Czech Republic. The practical part was developed using results obtained from a quantitative research investigation using direct observation and measurement. | en |
