| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou vybraných budov občanské vybavenosti z hlediska bezbariérového řešení. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty obecné požadavky zabezpečující bezbariérovost staveb. Tato část dále vysvětluje zásady a informace pro řešení praktické části této diplomové práce. V praktické části je zkoumáno šest budov občanské vybavenosti. Jedná se o dvě budovy obecních úřadů, tři budovy městských úřadů a budovu s městskou knihovnou, zdravotní pojišťovnou a úřadem práce. Cílem diplomové práce je analýza přístupnosti pro osoby s omezenou schopností pohybu a orientace a bariér uvnitř jednotlivých budov. Na základě zjištěných nedostatků jsou provedeny varianty řešení pro odstranění bariér, umožnění snadnějšího vstupu do budov a pohybu po budovách. Řešení je provedeno ve dvou variantách - s menšími stavebními zásahy a s většími stavebními úpravami. Na závěr praktické části je popis důsledků bezbariérových úprav na konstrukčně statické řešení budov. Diplomová práce obsahuje výkresy jednotlivých budov, kde je zobrazený stávající stav a možné stavební úpravy, které zajistí lepší dostupnost pro osoby s omezenou schopností pohybu a orientace. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of selected buildings of civic amenities in terms of barrier - free solutions. In the theoretical part are summarized general requirements ensuring barrier - free solutions of buildings. This part also explains principles and information for the solution of the practical part of this thesis. There are six buildings of civic amenity being examined in the practical part. These are two Offices in the village, three Offices in the city and the building with city library, health insurance company and a labor Office. The aim of the diploma thesis is accessibility analysis for person with reduced mobility and reduced orientation and barriers inside individual buildings. Based on identified shortcomings, variants of solutions for removing barriers, allowing easier entry into buildings and easier movement inside buildings are made. The solution is made in two variants - the one with smaller construction interventions and the other with large construction modifications. At the end of the practical part there is a description of the consequences of barrier - free modifications on the structurally static solution of buildings. The diploma thesis contains technical drawings of individual buildings showing the current state and possible building modifications that will ensure better accessibility for persons with reduced mobility and reduced orientation. | en |
