dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce je rozdělena do sedmi kapitol. Zaměřuje se na vymezení základního pojmu neziskový sektor a jeho členění. Analyzuje a popisuje jednotlivé právní formy neziskových organizací a jejich financování. Věnuje se také spolupráci veřejné správy s nestátními neziskovými organizacemi a obsahuje údaje o neziskovém sektoru ČR v mezinárodním srovnání. Dále popisuje, jakým způsobem v současnosti pomáhají neziskové organizace veřejnosti a zabývá se některými novými trendy. Poslední kapitola obsahuje případovou studii Nadace Via, která se zaměřuje na její činnost, programy a finanční zprávu. Tyto informace jsou doplněny o rozhovor s ředitelem Nadace Via.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis is divided into seven chapters. It focuses on the definition of the basic concept of the non-profit sector and its division. It analyses and describes the different legal forms of non-profit organisations and their financing. It also focuses on the cooperation between public administration and non-profit organisations and contains data on the Czech non-profit sector in international comparison. It also describes how NPOs are currently helping the public and discusses some new trends. The last chapter contains a case study of the Via Foundation, which focuses on its activities, programmes and financial report. This information is supplemented by an interview with the director of the Via Foundation.en
