dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem endometriózy. Jedná se o estrogen-dependentní, zánětlivé, systémové a chronické onemocnění, jehož charakteristickým znakem je přítomnost ektopicky uložených endometriálních žlázek a stromatu mimo dutinu děložní. Patofyziologie vzniku tohoto onemocnění je stále neznámá. Existuje však stále více důkazů o propojenosti endometriózy s přítomnými odchylkami místní a systémové imunitní odpovědi. Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo shromáždit vzorky mononukleárních lymfocytů od pacientek s endometriózou a zdravých dárkyň a provést základní charakteristiku souboru. Získané mononukleární lymfocyty byly zamrazeny a připraveny pro navazující analýzy. Parametry pacientek a zdravých kontrolních dárkyň byly vyhodnoceny a statisticky zpracovány.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the topic of endometriosis. It is an estrogen-dependent, inflammatory, systemic and chronic disease, characterized by the presence of ectopically deposited endometrial glands and stroma outside the uterine cavity. The pathophysiology of this disease is still unknown. However, there is growing evidence that endometriosis is associated with local and systemic immune response abnormalities. The aim of this bachelor thesis was to collect samples of mononuclear lymphocytes from patients with endometriosis and healthy donors and to perform the basic characteristics of the group. The obtained mononuclear lymphocytes were frozen and prepared for subsequent analyzes. The parameters of patients and donors would be evaluated and statistically processed.en
