dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na problematiku financování nemovitosti stavebním spořením a hypotečním úvěrem v České republice. V teoretické části je popsána charakteristika stavebního spoření a hypotečního úvěru jako produktu. Matematické vzorce pro výpočet splátek klienta u hypotečního úvěru a stavebního spoření. V praktické části je srovnáno stavební spoření s hypotečním úvěrem a jejich výhody a nevýhody pro klienty.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedMy bachelor's thesis is focus on issues of financing real estates by building savings and mortgage loan in Czech Republic. In theoretical part of my bachelor's thesis is described characteristic of building saving and mortgage loan as a product. Mathematical formulas for calculation installments of client by using mortgage loan and building savings. In practical part I compared mortgage loan and building savings. There are described also their advantages and disadvantages for clients.en
