dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se věnuje ruské zahraniční politice ve vztahu k Pobaltí. Cílem práce je analýza proměny vztahů v souvislosti se vstupem baltských států do Evropské unie v roce 2004. Pro analýzu ruské zahraniční politiky byly použity následující Koncepce z roku 2000, 2008, 2013 a 2016. Práce se zaměřuje na tři dominantní témata v problematice Rusko-baltských vztahů. Je to bezpečnost, ekonomika a sociální problematika. První téma bezpečnost je spojeno zejména s hraničními spory. V ekonomické části ruská ekonomika ztratila podstatnou část vlivu na baltském trhu. A třetí sociální oblast je spojena s otázkou ruských menšin v baltských státech.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis master´s thesis is focused on the foreign policy of the Russian Federation in relation to the Baltic States. The goal of the thesis is to analyze the transformation of relations in connection to the accession of the Baltic States to the European Union in 2004. For the analysis of Russian foreign policy the basic documents namely Concepts of 2000, 2008, 2013 and 2016 were used. The thesis specializes in three main themes in the issue of Russian-Baltic relations. It is the security, the economic and the social theme.The first topic is security, that occurred is related to the reduction of border disputes. Secondly, in the economic sphere, the Russian economy lost its influence on the Baltic market. However, Baltic States are dependent on the Russian market. The third area of interest is the social issue associated with the Russian minorities in the Baltic States.en
