dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce je zaměřena na hodnocení efektivnosti controllingových procesů ve zvoleném podniku. Cílem diplomové práce je popis a implementace jednotlivých controllingových procesů a následné zhodnocení jejich účinnosti na fungování zvoleného podniku. Jednotlivými analyzovanými oblastmi controllingu jsou strategický controlling, controlling pracovního kapitálu, investiční controlling a nákladový controlling. V závěru diplomové práce jsou vymezeny hlavní strategické priority vybrané společnosti a návrhy pro úpravu controllingových procesů včetně strukturovaného reportingu, které vycházejí z analýzy využívaných controllingových procesů ve vybrané společnosti a byly shledány za nedostatečné.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis master thesis focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of controlling processes in the chosen enterprise. The aim of the master thesis is the description and implementation of individual controlling processes and the subsequent evaluation of their effectiveness for the functioning of the chosen enterprise. The individual analyzed levels of controlling are strategic controlling, working capital controlling, investment controlling and cost controlling.The conclusion of the master thesis defines the main strategic priorities of the chosen company and proposes the adjustment of controlling processes, including structured reporting, which are based on an analysis of the control processes used in the chosen company and are found to be insufficient.en
