dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce pojednává o onemocnění karcinomem prsu a o jeho následné ošetřovatelské péči. Teoretická část je rozdělena na dvě kapitoly. První popisuje anatomii prsa, druhá obsahuje veškeré informace o karcinomu prsu, o jeho výskytu, příčinách, příznacích, rizikových faktorech, diagnostice až po jeho léčbu, možných komplikacích a prevenci. Praktická část se zabývá zkoumáním třech respondentek s tímto onemocněním a jejich následnou léčbou radioterapií. Výsledkem tohoto výzkumu a celé práce bylo zjištění nejčastějších ošetřovatelských problémů u žen, které trpí karcinomem prsu, jak je toto onemocnění ovlivnilo po psychické i fyzické stránce, a také shrnutí a poskytnutí informací o karcinomu prsu a jeho prevenci široké ženské veřejnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of the bachelor thesis is the breast cancer and its treatment (nursing care). The theoretical part is divided into two chapters. The first one describes the anatomy of the breast in detail, the second one consists of the information regarding the cancer, its location, causes, symptoms and diagnosis; the treatment possible complications and difficulties follow. My thesis also touches the topic of breast cancer prevention. Three women afflicted with the cancerous disease are being observed in the practical part of the thesis. The result of the research is focused on the issues encountered during the treatment, radiotheraphy and its influence on female´s physical and mental state.en
