dc.description.abstractPráce je zaměřená na zhodnocení účetní uzávěrky a závěrky ve zvoleném podniku Vršanská uhelná a. s. Zhodnocení účetní uzávěrky a závěrky společnosti tvoří teoretická a praktická část. V teoretické části je specifikován účetní systém České republiky a náležitosti účetní závěrky a uzávěrky podle českého právního prostředí. V praktické části je charakterizován vybraný podnik a kroky vedoucí k účetní uzávěrce a závěrce. Na základě těchto údajů byla provedena finanční analýza výkazů za období let 2008 - 2012, kde bylo zjištěno finanční zdraví podniku. Celkové završení diplomové práce tvoří závěrečný výstup, kde jsou navržena zlepšující opatření vedoucí k finančnímu ozdravění a k lepším ekonomickým výsledkům.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedA thesis is focused on evaluation of the financial statements and financial accounts of the chosen company Vršanská uhelná a. s. The evaluation of the financial statements and financial account of the chosen company is made of theoretical and practicals parts. In the theoretical part the accounting system of the Czech republic and requirements of financial statements are specified in accordance with Czech legislation. Then the chosen company including the steps leading to the financial accounts are characterized. On the basis of these information a financial analysis was made for the period 2008 - 2012, where the financial health of the company was found. The total conclusion of the whole thesis is made by final output, where the improve measures leading to the financial recovery and better economic results are proposed.en
