dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá měřením odchylek tvaru - hlavně válcovitostí a kruhovitostí a drsnosti povrchu. Vybrané součásti jsou měřeny na rozdílných strojích, odlišných přesností, za užití různých metodik měření. Důraz je kladen na využití moderního kruhoměru od firmy Taylor Hobson Ltd., který byl nově v tomto roce zakoupen univerzitou. Výsledná data jsou porovnána a analyzována s ohledem na technologii výroby. Součástí práce je i technicko - ekonomické hodnocení, porovnávající náklady na měření odchylky kruhovitosti dílů buď externě nebo na případně zakoupeném kruhoměru Surtronic R80 přímo ve firmě zadavatele.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedDiploma thesis deals with a measuring of shape deviations - especially with roundness and cylindricity and surface roughness. Chosen parts are measured on different machines with diverse accuracy and using a different methodology of measurement. The accent is set on use of a modern roundness instrument made by company Taylor Hobson Ltd., which was bought this year by university. Resulting dates are compared and analyzed with reference to production technology. A part of the thesis is also a technical economic evaluation which compares a cost for a measuring of roundness either external or directly in the company of submitter of diploma thesis on eventually bought roundness instrument Surtronic R80.en
